MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 100
RECONSTITUTING THE SELECTION BOARD IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT
The Selection Board, Office of the President, constituted under Memorandum Order No. 408, s. 1991, pursuant to LOI 799, dated January 29, 1979, is hereby reconstituted as follows:

| A CESO from OP to be designated by the Executive Secretary | Member | |
| Head of the organizational unit where the vacancy exists | Member | |
| Two representatives of the rank and file employees, one from the first level and one from the second level who shall both be chosen from the duly registered/accredited employee association in the Office of the President. The former shall sit during the screening of candidates for vacancies in the first level, while the latter shall participate in the screening of candidates for vacancies in the second level. | – | Members |
The PA for Personnel and General Administrative Matters shall serve as Board Consultant and the Personnel Director shall serve as Board Secretary.
This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
