MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 306
CREATING A TECHNICAL REVIEW COMMITTEE TO CONDUCT A THOROUGH RE-EVALUATION AND REVIEW OF THE NATIONAL PROGRAM FOR UNIFICATION AND DEVELOPMENT
There is hereby created a Technical Review Committee to conduct a thorough re-evaluation and review of the National Program for Unification and Development composed of the following:

The Committee is hereby directed to convene immediately and shall submit its recommendations not later than December 1, 1995.
This Memorandum order shall take effect immediately.
