PROCLAMATION NO. 437

AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 326 DATED 14 FEBRUARY 1994 DECLARING AS A NATIONAL STATE POLICY THE REGISTRATION OF BIRTHS, DEATHS, MARRIAGES AND FOUNDLINGS

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 326 dated 14 February 1994 to change the basis of the said Proclamation No. 326, from Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, to Book III, Chapter I, Section 4 of the Administrative Code of 1987.

Done in the City of Manila, this 9th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety four.
