MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 171
AMENDING MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 170 AUTHORIZING THE LAUNCHING OF A MORAL RECOVERY PROGRAM IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT (PROPER) AND THE HOLDING OF FIVE (5) DAY WORKSHOPS FOR ITS PERSONNEL.
Memorandum Order No. 170 dated September 29, 1993, is hereby amended as follows:
a) The three (3) day Workshops on Moral Recovery for the OP (Proper) shall be held from October 18-20, 1993;
b) Heads of primary units in the OP (Proper) are enjoined to participate and send at least two (2) employees each to the succeeding Workshops in accordance with the following schedules:

| 2. | 2nd Day (2nd and 1st Level Employees) |
– | Oct. 19 (Tuesday) 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. 40 Employees with10 alternates |
| 3. | 3rd Day (2nd and 1st Level Employees) |
– | Oct. 20 (Wednesday) 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. 40 Employees with10 alternates |
