MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 68

APPROVING AND PROMULGATING THE SUPPLEMENTAL
GUIDELINES TO THE CAR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (CDP)

Pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 248 dated 24 July 1987, and Memorandum Order No. 136 dated 1 December 1987, the Supplemental Guidelines to the Car Development Program, recommended by the Board of Investments on 09 October 1992, are hereby approved and promulgated.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect after fifteen (15) days from its publication.

Done in the City of Manila, this 21st day of December, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety two.
