PROCLAMATION NO. 430

AUTHORIZING ANEW THE PHILIPPINE FOUNDATION FOR THE REHABILITATION OF DISABLED TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR

WHEREAS, the authority of the Philippine Foundation for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled (PFRD) to conduct a national fund campaign was extended under Proclamation No. 716, dated April 22, 1991;

WHEREAS, the PFRD needs additional time to enable it to effectively realize its laudable objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Philippine Foundation for the Rehabilitation of Disabled to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
