MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 298

AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF AN ORIENTATION WORKSHOP FOR EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT AND TEAM BUILDING IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

In response to the President’s call for greater productivity and effective public service in the Bureaucracy, there is a need to reorient our lead personnel (Directors, Assistant Directors and Division Chiefs) in effective management, team building, and purposive visioning which are vital in the attainment of the goals of the organization.

The Career and Personnel Development Division of Personnel Office, is hereby authorized to conduct the program for five consecutive Saturdays, starting August 26, 1995, from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at the 4th Floor, Briefing Room, Administration Building. The amount of P47, 250.00 is hereby allocated for the expenses to be incurred in the conduct of the course.

Directors/Asst. Directors and Chiefs of Divisions are hereby enjoined to attend this program.
