MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 209

AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF “MAMAMAYAN MUNA HINDI MAMAYA NA” CAMPAIGN IN THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT.

In order to effectively carry out the objective of the Civil Service Commission’s nation-wide campaign for behavioral reforms on “Mamamayan Muna Hindi Mamaya Na” in the whole government Machinery, this Office, in coordination with the Civil Service Commission, will conduct a one-day orientation on the project among officials and employees of this Office on June 2, 1994, at 9:00 a.m. at the Briefing Room, 4th Floor of the Administration Building. All officials and employees of this Office are hereby enjoined to attend the said program.
