AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF SCHOOLS SUPERINTENDENTS, INC. (PASS) TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR

WHEREAS

, the Philippine Association of Schools Superintendents, Inc. (PASS) is a non-stock, non-profit organization represented by Provincial and City School Superintendents in all the 15 DECS Regional Offices;

WHEREAS

, the Association aims to maintain and elevate the professional and ethical standards of the teaching profession, in general, and its administrative and supervisory service, in particular;

WHEREAS

, the Association is launching an all out campaign to generate funds for the construction of its Teacher’s Dormitory;

WHEREAS

, the Department of Education, Culture and Sports affirms its full support and cooperation with the PASS mandate;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS

, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Philippine Association of Schools Superintendents, Inc. (PASS) to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one (1) year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.
