PROCLAMATION NO. 354

AUTHORIZING THE TAHANAN OUTREACH PROJECTS AND SERVICES, INC., TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR

WHEREAS, the Tahanan Outreach Projects and Services, Inc. (TOPS), was earlier authorized under Proclamation No. 171, s. 1993, to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one (1) year:

WHEREAS, TOPS will again conduct a national campaign to raise fund that will ultimately benefit under-privileged children and youth;

WHEREAS, this national fund campaign by TOPS deserves the wholehearted support of all segments of society;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Tahanan Outreach Projects and Services, Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one (1) year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.
