MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 101
CREATING A NATIONAL COMMITTEE TO TAKE CHARGE OF THE OFFICIAL VISIT OF HIS EXCELLENCY CHUAN LEEKPAI, PRIME MINISTER OF THAILAND, ON MARCH 24-27, 1993
There is hereby created a National Committee to take charge of the arrangements connected with the Official Visit of His Excellency CHUAN LEEKPAI, Prime Minister of Thailand, on March 24-27, 1993, to be composed of:

The Committee shall be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all arrangements to be made in connection with the official visit.
The committee is authorized to call upon any department, bureau, office, agency, or instrumentality of the government, including government-owned or controlled corporation, for such assistance as it may need in discharging its duties and functions.
The Committee is likewise authorized to create sub-committees as may be necessary.
This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
