MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 46
CREATING A SPECIAL BOARD TO SCREEN CANDIDATES TO VACANT POSITIONS OF DIRECTORS
A Special Board is hereby created to help the Executive Secretary screen candidates to vacant career positions of directors. It shall be composed of the following Assistant Executive Secretaries:

The Director of Personnel Office shall provide the Board with secretarial service.
