MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 183
CREATING AN INTER-AGENCY COMMITTEE FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING A FACT-FINDING INVESTIGATION ON THE CLAIM OF SAINT MARY VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC., AND CRUZ NA LIGAS FARMERS ASSOCIATION OVER A PORTION OF LAND OCCUPIED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES (UP) AND THE NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY (NHA)
An Inter-Agency Committee is hereby created to conduct a fact-finding investigation on the claim of the Saint Mary Village Association, Inc., and the residents of the Cruz na Ligas over a portion of the land occupied by the UP and NHA alleging, among others, that the same were illegally transferred to these entities, composed of the following:

The Committee is hereby empowered to call upon any department, bureau, office, agency, or instrumentality of the government for such assistance as it may need in the discharge of its functions.
The Committee shall thereafter submit its findings and recommendations to the President of the Philippines as soon as possible.
