DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM DECEMBER 6 TO 12, 1992, AS GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES WEEK
WHEREAS, efficient government administration depends greatly on the performance and dedication of government officials and employees;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper to focus public attention on the role played by state workers in the social, economic, and political development of the country;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from December 6 to 12, 1992, as Government Employees Week under the auspices of the Philippine Government Employees Association and other government employees organizations.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
