DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM OCTOBER 1 TO 7, 1995, “HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT WEEK”

WHEREAS

, the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) will hold its 31st National Conference on October 4 to 6, 1995, at Baguio City;

WHEREAS

, the conference will focus on Human Resource Management’s critical role in leading organizations to develop appropriate strategies to manage change and remain competitive;

WHEREAS

, there is a need to focus national attention on the significance of the occasion and the resources management;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS

, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from October 1 to 7, 1995, as “Human Resource Management Week” under the auspices of the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines.
