PROCLAMATION NO. 250

DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM SEPTEMBER 12 TO 18, 1993, AS “HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT WEEK”

WHEREAS, the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) will hold its 29th National Conference on September 15 to 17, 1993, at Bacolod City;

WHEREAS, this year’s Conference theme is “FAST TRACK HRM: DYNAMIC CONCEPTS, INNOVATIVE APPROACHES” and will be attended by human resources management experts and practitioner from all over the country;

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus national attention to the significance of the occasion and the resources management;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from September 12 to 18, 1993, as “Human Resources Management Week” under the auspices of the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
