OF EVERY YEAR AS SECRETARIES WEEK

WHEREAS

, the Philippine Association of Secretaries is recognized for its vital role in promoting professionalism in the private sector;

WHEREAS

, the Philippine Association of Secretaries celebrates Secretaries Week Every month of April coinciding with the observance of its foundation anniversary;

WHEREAS

, the Philippine Association of Secretaries should be given the opportunity to commemorate its annual anniversary with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE
