MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 73, DATED JANUARY 4, 1993

The Officials designated in Memorandum Order No. 73, dated January 4, 1993, to act on certain matters and sign documents “By authority of the President” are, in addition to the Executive Secretary, hereby authorized to continue discharging their respective functions as provided under the said Order until otherwise revoked.
