In a meeting with the Senators held last 11 July 1992, the issue on the need to solicit legislative suggestions regarding thrusts and financial requirements of the Agrarian Reform Program was raised.
In this regard, please make sure that proper coordination is made with Congress regarding the thrusts and financial requirements of our Agrarian Reform Program. Likewise, please submit to this office your recommendations on how we could better work with Congress towards a more fruitful agrarian reform program.
