MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 135

All employees of government offices, including government owned and controlled corporations, may take the afternoon off effective 12:01 PM of 31 October 1995 to enable them to participate in the observance of All Saints’ Day.

Government offices shall resume normal services at the start of business hours on 2 November 1995.

This Circular takes effect immediately.
