MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 203
A Special Committee is hereby created to investigate and resolve (the personal differences between Engr. San Gabriel and Engr. John Bautista of the Engineer’s Office, which, if allowed to continue may affect the effectiveness of the said office and its personnel. The Committee shall be composed of the following officials:

This Committee shall convene immediately to resolve this matter, and submit its recommendation to the undersigned within five (5) working days, but not later than April 27, 1994.
