MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 263
A Special Committee is hereby created to investigate and resolve the loss during the period from January 21-23, 1995 of a large Red and a vertical Picture Frame from the stock pile of the Office of the Social Secretary located beside the Task Force Lily work area, New Building, this Office. The Committee shall be composed of the following:

| Mr. Manuel Mercado | – Representing the Office of the Social Secretary – Member |
| SPO4 Romeo Bicte | – Representing the CISC/PNP – Member |
This Committee shall convene immediately and submit its findings and recommendation to the undersigned within fifteen (15) working days from its initial hearing.
