MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 392
There is hereby created a Special Committee to arrange for the transportation, hotel accommodations and security, as well as the signing ceremony and the dinner, of the delegates who will attend the signing of the GRP-MNLF Final Agreement from September 1-3, 1996, while in Manila.
The Task Force shall be composed of the following:

| Secretary, Department of National Defense | |
| Secretary, Department of Interior and Local Government | |
| Chairman, Negotiation Panel for the Peace Talks or his representative | |
| Head, Presidential Management Staff or his representative |
The Special Committee is hereby directed to convene immediately and prepare and send the necessary invitation letters.
This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 28th day of August in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Ninety-Six.
