MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 67
Memorandum Order No. 46 dated October 13, 1992, creating a Special Board to screen candidates to vacant career positions of directors, is hereby amended to reconstitute its composition as follows:
| (a) | Chairman | The Executive Secretary or his authorized representative. |
| (b) | Member | A representative from the ranks of the incumbent directors, preferably a CESO. |
| (c) | Member | A representative of the employees union, preferably PSO VI or higher. |
| (d) | Member | From the Career Executive Service Board, by invitation. |
| (e) | Member | The director of the office where vacancy exists. |
