In a meeting with the Senators held last 11 July 1992, the issue on the need to review the records of political detainees under NICA files was raised. It was pointed out that these files should be reviewed and corresponding recommendations be set in place in line with the government’s Amnesty Program.
In this regard, please conduct a comprehensive study on the records of political detainees and prepare the corresponding recommendations on what actions should be taken therein.
