MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 418

ORDERING THE SECRETARY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS TO DIRECT PHILIPPINE CONSUL GENERALS AND/OR AMBASSADORS TO LEAD THE PREPARATION AND CELEBRATION OF THE PHILIPPINE CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION IN 1998 IN THEIR RESPECTIVE PLACES OF ASSIGNMENT

In preparation for the 1998 Philippine Centennial Celebration in Filipino overseas communities, the Secretary of Foreign Affairs is hereby ordered to direct Philippine Consul Generals and/or Ambassadors to lead the preparation and celebration of the aforesaid historic event in their respective places of assignment.
