MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 216

RECONSTITUTING THE COMPOSITION OF THE COMMITTEE ON RECORDS AND DISPOSAL FOR THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT (PROPER)

Memorandum Order No. 171, series of 1988, is hereby reconstituted to be composed of heads of offices of the following:

Malacañang Records Office
Legal Office
Administrative Office
Finance Office
Office of the Executive Secretary/Sr.
Deputy Executive Secretary
Presidential Action Center

The Committee shall not only participate in the evaluation and appraisal of records for disposition purposes, but shall also take part in the development of improved systems and procedures in records management.

This Order takes effect immediately.
