AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 578, EXPANDING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE 1995 TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE NATIONAL COMMITTEE

I, FIDEL V. RAMOS

, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 578 dated 12 May 1995 to expand the composition of the 1995 Total Solar Eclipse National Committee (NTSE) to include the following:

Secretary, Office of the Press Secretary (OPS)

Secretary, Department of National Defense (DND)

Secretary, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)

Secretary, Transportation and Communications (DOTC)

Governor, Autonomous Region on Muslim Mindanao (ARMM)

Presidential Assistant for Youth Affairs
