Memorandum Order No. 281

Authorizing the conduct of “Health and Prosperity” Seminars in the Office of the President.

Pursuant to the instructions of His Excellency President Fidel V. Ramos and in support of the campaign of enhancing the positive attributes and values of the Filipino, thereby making each one a productive factor in the total effort to achieve the goals of Philippines 2000, the conduct of “Health and Prosperity” Seminars in the Office of the President is hereby authorized.

The attendance therein of officials and employees in this may be deemed necessary is likewise authorized.

The Personnel Office shall take charge of the mechanics of implementation of this Order.

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
