AUTHORIZING THE WORLD FAMILY INSTITUTE, INC., TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FROM MAY 3 TO DECEMBER 31, 1993

WHEREAS

, the World Family Institute, Inc. (WFII), a non-stock, non-profit organization, aims to promote the Filipino Family as a self-reliant participant in nation building;

WHEREAS

, one of the main projects of WFII is the Search for the Model Filipino Family, through the Angkan Awards, which is conducted every three years; and

WHEREAS, WFII needs the support of the public to realize its laudable objectives.

NOW, THEREFORE

FIDEL V. RAMOS

, President of the Republic of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the World Family Institute Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign from May 3 to December 31, 1993.

Tax exemptions and deductibility benefits shall be in accordance with the provisions of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and its implementing rules and regulations.
