MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 305
CREATING A SELECTION COMMITTEE TO SCREEN NOMINEES TO THE ZAMBOANGA CITY SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE AUTHORITY
There is hereby created a Selection Committee to screen and process nominees for the Zamboanga City Special Economic Zone (ZAMBOECOZONE) Authority to be composed of the following:

| Representative, Philippine Ports Authority | |
| Congressman, Zamboanga City | |
| Mayor, Zamboanga City | |
| Regional Governor, ARMM | |
| Governor, Zamboanga del Sur | |
| Governor, Zamboanga del Norte |
The Selection Committee shall adopt a selection process and criteria to carry out its objectives.
Technical and Secretariat Support shall be provided by the Mindanao Economic Development Council.
The Special Committee shall also recommend to the President the budgetary allocation necessary for the initial operation of RA 7903 and identify possible sources thereof.
The Task Force is hereby given 60 days to submit its recommendations to the President.
This Memorandum shall take effect immediately.
