PROCLAMATION NO. 7

DECLARING A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN AURORA AND NUEVA VIZCAYA PROVINCES WHICH WERE HEAVILY HIT BY TYPHOON “KONSING.”

I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declared the existence of a state of public calamity in Aurora and Nueva Vizcaya Provinces which were heavily hit by typhoon “Konsing.”

All departments and other government agencies concerned are hereby directed to implement and execute relief and rehabilitation work in accordance with existing operational plans and directives and orders issued in connection with calamities.
