PROCLAMATION NO. 160

DECLARING THE THIRD WEEK OF APRIL OF EVERY YEAR AS NATIONAL JAYCEE WEEK

WHEREAS, this nation can benefit from organized betterment projects, good business conditions, more tourists, civic improvements, and facilities for health and education;

WHEREAS, the Junior Chamber of Philippines is a voluntary organization of young men helping us all to work together to achieve the above goals and generally to build a better nation and to develop better citizens in our nation;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the third week of April of every year, as the National Jaycee Week.
