PROCLAMATION NO. 259

EXTENDING THE NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE FOUNDATION FOR YOUTH DEVELOPMENT IN THE PHILIPPINES, INC., UP TO SEPTEMBER 14, 1994

WHEREAS,

the Foundation for Youth Development in the Philippines, Inc., (FYDP) was authorized under the Proclamation No. 49, dated September 16, 1992, to conduct a national fund campaign up to September 14, 1993; and

WHEREAS,

said organization needs more time to the conduct of its fund campaign;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS,

President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national fund campaign period of the Foundation of Youth Development in the Philippines, Inc., up to September 14, 1994.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF,

I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
